PARKING on High Street and Chesterfield Road
IS PARKING AN ISSUE FOR YOU ?
A number of business owners have asked us to help them address the problem of parking on the High Street and Chesterfield Road areas of the town.
Their concerns are that the current allocation of parking spaces provided is inadequate for the number of businesses and customers attracted to the area.
Many business owners and their customers have been fined for parking in designated off-street areas, but outside of the allocated parking bays.
James Adams - Parking Enforcement Manager - North East Derbyshire District Council gave an illustrated talk on the role of Parking Wardens - followed by Q&A session
