Bulb Planting
Over the years members of Dronfield Civic Society and volunteers have planted hundreds of crocus and daffodil bulbs around the town. These displays which are improving annually bring a splash of spring colour and are appreciated by many.
Next spring have a look along the roadside verges and village greens of Dronfield, Coal Aston, Unstone, Unstone Green, Hundall and Apperknowle for colourful displays of crocus and daffodils.
Recently planted is the grassy area at the northern gateway to the town, opposite the Coach and Horses and the separation verge between the road and the Unstone-Dronfield Lay-by.
